The data controller operates the project website created within the framework of the EU Resilient Minds ERASMUS+ project.

 

2. Legal Basis of Data Processing

Data processing is governed in particular by the following legislation:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679
• Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Hungary)
• Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services (Hungary)

 

3. Categories of Data Processed

The website does not directly collect personal data from visitors (there is no registration, contact form, or newsletter subscription).

However, the website generates visitor statistics using the Google Analytics (GA4) service provided by Google LLC.

Google Analytics may process the following data:

• IP address (in shortened / anonymized form)
• device identifier
• browser type
• operating system
• visited pages
• time of visit
• approximate geographic location (country / region level)
• interactions performed on the website

The data controller does not use statistical data for individual identification.

• fulfilling reporting obligations related to the ERASMUS+ programme
